Duncan works very closely with his suppliers this guarantees the produce is at its very best. The menu is a set 5 course, it changes regularly with each dish featuring for around 4 to 6 weeks each.
Every dish is expertly delivered by Rob who works the 20 cover restaurant floor, solo.
The Restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday for dinner only. First table available is 7pm and last table is at 9pm.
